- Lead and manage engineering projects in chemicals and plastics manufacturing environments
- Ensure strict adherence to WSH regulations and Work-at-Height safety protocols
- Apply chemical and mechanical engineering principles to optimize production processes
- Develop and implement project timelines, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with chemical processes

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH & Work-at-Height certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in chemicals/plastics manufacturing
- Strong understanding of industrial safety regulations and compliance standards
- Proficient in CAD software and engineering simulation tools
- Demonstrated project management experience with budget oversight
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
