Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of M&E construction experience
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and project management software
- Proven track record in project supervision and team leadership
- PMP or PE certification preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
