Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of plumbing and sanitary works
- Review technical drawings and specifications for compliance with project requirements and local regulations
- Conduct site inspections to verify installation quality and adherence to safety protocols
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders
- Resolve technical issues through effective communication with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor project timelines and budgetary constraints
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean building codes and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing and sanitary engineering experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM modeling software
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean plumbing codes and regulations
- Certification in plumbing system design or project management preferred
