Tanggung Jawab
- Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met
- Prepare and review project documentation including plans, specifications, and progress reports
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- Manage project resources including personnel, equipment, and materials efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution
- Prepare project cost estimates and monitor expenditure to ensure budget adherence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management (for Senior Project Engineer, 5+ years)
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
