Tanggung Jawab
- Drive business execution across multiple departments and projects
- Lead cross-functional coordination and resource allocation
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure project continuity
- Prepare progress reports and executive summaries for leadership
- Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of project coordination or executive support experience
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize complex deliverables
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in the construction industry preferred
