- Assist Project Director/Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets
- Manage resources and materials on-site to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate problem-solving efforts with project team
- Ensure adherence to construction standards, regulations, and client requirements
- Track project milestones and report progress to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Previous experience in construction project management or site engineering preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
