Are you a results-driven engineering professional looking for a challenging role in manufacturing excellence? CICOR Panatec is currently seeking a skilled Project Leader / Assembly Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Batam. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of assembly processes, from initial design modifications to final product testing and maintenance. You will play a critical role in our New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives, ensuring that our manufacturing processes are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with the highest quality standards.
As the Project Leader, you will oversee cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and ensure the timely delivery of projects. You will work closely with R&D and production departments to translate technical requirements into actionable process plans. Additionally, you will be tasked with investigating production issues, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining the reliability of our assembly lines. We are looking for a candidate who can mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to mass production.
- Design, modify, and optimize assembly processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee the testing phases of new products to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve manufacturing defects and equipment failures.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed on the assembly floor.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management and assembly process engineering.
- Strong understanding of NPI methodologies, manufacturing systems, and process control.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and process simulation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex engineering problems.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
