Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients throughout project lifecycle
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare regular progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Lead cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts effectively
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to technical specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
