Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for warehouse automation and system integration projects.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and operations, to define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on budget and schedule.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and resource allocation schedules.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of automation hardware and software solutions.
- Provide regular progress updates, status reports, and presentations to key stakeholders and executive management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely resolution of project blockers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of managing automation projects, specifically involving Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Material Handling equipment.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., PLC, SCADA, Conveyor Systems).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
