Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of electrical projects from conception to final handover.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, reporting variances to stakeholders immediately.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
- Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance reviews.
- Manage client communications and provide regular status updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical project management.
- Professional certification such as PMP, Prince2, or CAPM is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
