We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager specializing in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems to spearhead project excellence at HR Jack Consultant. As the driving force behind project delivery, you'll orchestrate complex ELV initiatives from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, client expectations, and regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end project lifecycle management for ELV systems (security, fire alarms, CCTV, BMS)
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
- Manage project budgets, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
- Implement rigorous quality control and compliance protocols
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in ELV project management
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of ELV systems integration and industry standards
- Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects
- Strong proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple concurrent projects
