As the Project Manager [ELV] at HR Jack Consultant, you will serve as the driving force behind the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing Extra Low Voltage (ELV) infrastructure projects, including structured cabling, fire safety systems, security networks, and building management systems (BMS). Your role involves meticulous planning, resource allocation, and strict adherence to safety regulations and project timelines. We seek a proactive leader to ensure seamless coordination between technical teams, clients, and external vendors to deliver high-quality engineering solutions in Johor Bahru.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end management of ELV projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, including electrical engineers, technicians, and external contractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation effectively.
- Prepare detailed project reports, progress updates, and financial forecasts for stakeholders.
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate risks proactively to minimize project delays.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management within the ELV, Telecommunications, or Construction industry.
- Strong understanding of fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and BMS technologies.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile) and software tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
