As a Project Manager [ELV] at HR Jack Consultant, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of Extra Low Voltage systems projects from conception to completion. This pivotal role requires you to orchestrate complex projects while ensuring adherence to technical specifications, budget constraints, and timelines. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and clients to define project scope, mitigate risks, and maintain exceptional quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for ELV systems (security, fire alarms, CCTV) from inception to handover
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring alignment with client requirements
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project momentum
- Implement rigorous quality control measures and compliance with industry standards (BS EN, MS ISO)
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks through continuous monitoring and contingency planning
- Manage stakeholder communications through regular progress reports and client meetings
- Oversee project documentation including technical specifications, as-built drawings, and operation manuals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with ELV systems in construction or MEP projects
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, Primavera)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes and ELV industry standards
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven track record in managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced problem-solving skills with experience in resolving technical and logistical challenges
