Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end execution of ELV systems projects in data center construction
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures
- Identify and resolve technical challenges during construction phases
- Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning of ELV systems
- Prepare project documentation and progress reports for stakeholders
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for complex construction scenarios
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in data center construction
- Expertise in ELV systems (security, fire, BMS, etc.) for critical facilities
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
- Strong technical knowledge of data center infrastructure requirements
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding MYR 5 million
- Experience with construction safety protocols and quality assurance
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
