Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for fire protection, electrical, ACMV, and HVAC installations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality control measures
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
- Prepare progress reports and stakeholder communications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 5+ years in project management within MEP/M&E sector
- Certification in fire protection systems or HVAC design (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE)
- Proven experience with Singaporean building regulations (BCA requirements)
- Strong proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
