We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the engineering and project management team for a significant 10 MWac solar power project located in Iligan City, Lanao del Norte. In this role, you will act as the key owner-side leader, driving the project from conception through to successful commissioning. This project-based opportunity is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to make a tangible impact in the renewable energy sector. You will oversee technical specifications, coordinate with external stakeholders, and ensure the project meets all regulatory requirements within the timeframe and budget allocated.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the owner-side engineering and project management team for the 10 MWac solar power plant.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and local authorities to secure necessary permits and clearances.
- Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage technical specifications and ensure alignment with engineering best practices and REI/REE requirements.
- Resolve technical and logistical challenges to ensure smooth project delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) or a related field.
- Relevant experience (REE) in the renewable energy or power plant sector.
- Proven track record as a Project Manager for solar or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently in a project-based setting.
