Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate plant genomics research projects from experimental design to execution
- Develop and implement bioinformatics pipelines for genomic data analysis using Python/R
- Perform laboratory experiments including DNA extraction, library preparation, and sequencing
- Analyze and interpret high-throughput sequencing data to identify genetic markers and traits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate genomic findings with agricultural applications
- Prepare technical reports, research manuscripts, and project documentation
- Stay updated on emerging genomics technologies and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field
- Experience with genomic sequencing technologies (NGS) and laboratory protocols
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python/R) for data analysis
- Familiarity with bioinformatics tools (e.g., BLAST, GATK, Bioconductor)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to experimental detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
