Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and local regulations
- Proficiency in project management software and documentation tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
