- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for construction materials and equipment
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to optimize costs and terms
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers

- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in construction industry
- Proven negotiation and supplier management skills
- Strong analytical abilities for cost-benefit analysis
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in procurement (CIPS or equivalent) preferred
