We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team in Bedok. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality within our dynamic electronics manufacturing environment. You will lead First Article Inspections (FAI) to verify product conformity, manage quality claims, and conduct rigorous audits to maintain compliance. Your expertise in root cause analysis will be pivotal in identifying the underlying issues of production defects and driving effective corrective actions.
Beyond technical duties, you will provide direct support to the production floor, updating and maintaining quality standards to reflect best practices. You will also coordinate essential meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss quality metrics and project timelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) to verify product conformity against specifications.
- Manage quality claims and perform comprehensive internal quality audits.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for non-conformities and implement effective corrective actions.
- Provide direct support to the production team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Update and maintain relevant quality documentation, standards, and procedures.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional meetings to drive continuous improvement.
- Supervise the quality team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of FAI processes, quality management systems (ISO), and IPC standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause investigation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship (if applicable).
