Join Smitech Engineering Pte Ltd, an established and rapidly growing Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractor, as a QA/QC Manager for a landmark infrastructure project at Changi Point. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC procedures for infrastructure projects
- Conduct site inspections, material testing, and quality audits
- Ensure compliance with BCA regulations, ISO standards, and project specifications
- Manage documentation including inspection reports, test results, and compliance records
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality deviations
- Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues
- Mentor junior QA/QC staff and conduct quality training programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil preferred)
- Minimum 8 years QA/QC experience in construction/M&E sector
- 5+ years in managerial/supervisory roles
- BCA/QP certification or equivalent quality management credentials
- Proven experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Singapore construction standards
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in quality management software and testing methodologies
