Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) inspections to ensure all construction activities comply with engineering specifications and safety standards.
- Perform land surveying tasks, including topographical surveys, boundary surveys, and setting out for construction works.
- Monitor on-site activities to verify workmanship quality and material integrity against approved drawings.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, site diaries, and non-conformance reports.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and site supervisors to resolve technical issues and optimize construction processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to environmental regulations and site safety protocols at all times.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Land Surveying.
- Valid Professional Qualification as a Surveyor (e.g., Board of Surveyors Malaysia) is highly preferred for surveyor roles.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction QAQC, site supervision, or land surveying.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and operating surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Theodolite).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction codes (MS standards) and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to travel and work across various project sites in Kuala Lumpur, Johor, and Kedah.
