Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site inspections to verify construction quality and adherence to specifications
- Perform material testing and quality control checks for concrete, steel, and other construction components
- Document inspection results and prepare detailed technical reports with photographic evidence
- Monitor contractor compliance with safety regulations and quality management systems
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Review engineering drawings and construction methodologies for compliance
- Ensure all documentation meets ISO and regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QAQC for large-scale construction projects
- Professional certification in quality control (e.g., CQIA, CQE) preferred
- Proficiency in inspection tools and testing equipment (ultrasonic, compression testing, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction codes and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced construction environments
- Valid Malaysian driving license required for site mobility
