Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage bills of quantities, tender documents, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure timely execution
- Monitor M&E installations, compliance with technical specifications, and quality standards
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve technical and logistical issues
- Track project expenditures, prepare financial reports, and maintain accurate documentation
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and compliance audits
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between design, engineering, and construction teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in QS, project coordination, or M&E roles
- Proficiency in construction software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera) and BIM tools
- Strong understanding of Malaysian construction regulations (CIDB, JKR standards)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage stakeholder relationships
- Certifications (e.g., RQSM, PMP) or professional membership in relevant bodies preferred
- Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving capabilities
