Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure construction standards are met.
- Verify materials and workmanship against approved technical drawings and specifications.
- Document non-conformance issues and prepare detailed quality control reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and Indonesian building regulations.
- Collaborate with contractors and engineers to resolve technical issues and improve project quality.
- Monitor project progress to identify potential quality risks early in the process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in quality control or site supervision within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction standards and quality management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse project teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
