Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Quality Control Section team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure strict compliance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations, ISO standards, and company policies.
- Develop, update, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for water quality monitoring.
- Conduct regular internal audits, inspections, and water quality testing to ensure product safety.
- Analyze quality control data and trends to identify areas for process improvement.
- Coordinate with external regulatory bodies and third-party auditors during inspections.
- Manage the QC budget, procurement of laboratory equipment, and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related technical field.
- Licensed Chemical Engineer (Engr. License) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in water treatment, utilities, or manufacturing quality control.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a technical department.
- In-depth knowledge of water quality parameters, microbiology, and chemistry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Proficiency in using quality management systems and laboratory information software.
