Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive site inspections for M&E and ELV installations to verify compliance with technical specifications
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on materials, equipment, and workmanship at various project stages
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with photographic documentation and non-conformance records
- Coordinate rectification follow-ups with contractors to ensure timely resolution of quality issues
- Collaborate with project teams to implement preventive quality measures and best practices
- Monitor adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements during inspections
- Maintain accurate quality documentation for audit purposes and project closure
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection within construction or M&E sector
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and industry standards
- Certification in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) or quality inspection preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced construction environments
