Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project budgets and cost estimation from inception to completion
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and cost analysis reports
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and validate cost variations
- Advise on procurement strategies and contractor negotiations
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards
- Implement value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
- Prepare monthly financial forecasts and variance analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant construction industry experience
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and local construction regulations
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
