Smitech Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team on-site for a major infrastructure project in Changi Airport. You will be working alongside a competent QS team within a growing, established M&E contractor.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing costs, contract administration, and commercial management for high-value construction projects. We are looking for candidates who are proactive, analytical, and ready to take on challenges in the Singapore construction industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for construction projects.
- Conduct site measurements, valuations, and interim payments.
- Administer construction contracts, including variations, claims, and tenders.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure commercial objectives are met.
- Monitor project costs to ensure they remain within the approved budget.
- Ensure strict compliance with contract terms and Singapore’s construction regulations.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and financial statements.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Quantity Surveying Diploma, or related construction field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the M&E construction sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore Standard Conditions of Contract.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, and QS software such as Bluebeam or Procore.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass and eligibility to work full-time.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment.
