Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare tender documentation, bills of quantities, and cost estimates for M&E and data centre projects
- Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and payment processing
- Conduct commercial risk assessments and advise on contractual claims
- Monitor project costs against budgets and forecast final project expenditure
- Lead value engineering initiatives and cost optimization strategies
- Manage contract variations and ensure commercial compliance
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders on commercial matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, MQS) preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in M&E or data centre projects
- Expertise in FIDIC contracts and local construction regulations
- Advanced proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
