We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support our ongoing and upcoming landed projects, including tunnels, factories, and mixed developments. You will be responsible for ensuring the financial viability and accuracy of our construction projects from inception to completion.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for tender submissions.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditure, and prepare monthly cost reports.
- Handle contract administration, including variations, claims, and contract close-out.
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, architects, and other consultants to resolve technical and financial queries.
- Conduct site measurements and inspections to verify work progress and material quantities.
- Ensure all project documentation complies with local regulations and company standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate project success.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with a focus on landed or industrial projects.
- Strong working knowledge of local construction standards, codes, and regulations in Singapore.
- Proficiency in Quantity Surveying software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid professional qualification (e.g., RICS, Singapore QP) is highly desirable.
