We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join HG Works. At HG Works, we bring visionary concepts to life through innovative constructions and architecture. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining budget compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex contract documentation and deliver accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
You will play a pivotal role in the tendering process, contract administration, and final account settlements. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring accurate cost forecasting and budget control.
- Prepare and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for tender submissions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of tenders and quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Manage variations and claims, ensuring all changes are properly documented and priced.
- Prepare monthly progress payments and final accounts for clients.
- Liaise effectively with project managers, architects, and contractors to resolve financial queries.
- Ensure compliance with Singaporeβs construction regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying within the Singapore construction industry.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying Technology.
- Certification as a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) or RICS is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in construction software such as Aconex, Procore, or Bluebeam.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contract documents and drawings.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
