Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze bills of quantities (BOQ) for tender documentation
- Conduct cost estimation and feasibility studies for new projects
- Manage subcontractor agreements and procurement processes
- Monitor project expenditure against budget and provide financial reports
- Process interim and final payments based on contract terms
- Conduct value engineering to optimize construction costs
- Resolve contractual disputes and variations effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction cost management
- Familiarity with Malaysian Standard Method of Measurement (SMM)
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong understanding of FIDIC and PAM contracts
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, MQS) preferred
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
