Are you a detail-oriented professional with a keen eye for cost management? Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team in Metro Manila. In this role, you will serve as a fully integrated member of the client’s team, focusing primarily on pre-contract estimating and quantity take-offs for simpler, repeatable projects.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the financial success of construction projects. You will be responsible for accurate cost prediction, material estimation, and contract administration. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimations for pre-contract phases.
- Analyze tender documents and prepare comprehensive cost reports.
- Manage project variations and negotiate claims with subcontractors.
- Monitor project cash flow and ensure financial performance remains within budget.
- Review and approve material requisitions and subcontractor invoices.
- Liaise effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve cost-related issues.
- Ensure all cost-related documentation complies with industry standards and legal requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in construction cost management and estimation.
- Familiarity with estimation software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar tools is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, market rates, and cost control principles.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
