Join our dynamic team as a Quantity Surveyor and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of construction projects. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of project costs, from initial estimates to final accounts. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed within budget and to the highest quality standards.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to evaluate and recommend on the award of construction contracts. You will assist in all contractual and costing matters, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in preparing tender documents, conducting cost analysis, and managing financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Tanggung Jawab
- Evaluate and recommend on the award of construction contracts
- Assist Project Manager in all contractual and costing matters
- Prepare tender documents and analyze bids for accuracy and competitiveness
- Manage project costs, including budget preparation and cost control
- Prepare interim and final payment certificates
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and costs
- Advise on contractual claims and disputes
- Prepare and maintain cost records and reports
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS) is a plus
