Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and control construction project costs, ensuring all expenditures remain within the approved budget.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for new projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify progress and assess the necessity of variations to the contract.
- Administer contracts, including processing interim payments, managing variations, and handling claims effectively.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Quantity Surveying (Hons), Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably within an MNC setting.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.
- Strong working knowledge of local construction laws, regulations, and standard forms of contract.
- Excellent numerical skills, analytical thinking, and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
