Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive tender documents and manage bid submission processes
- Conduct cost estimation and risk analysis for construction projects
- Monitor project expenditures against budget forecasts and variances
- Negotiate contracts and administer contractual obligations
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost compliance
- Manage subcontractor procurement and payment certifications
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in construction
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and Singaporean construction contracts
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (RICS or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience in tender evaluation and contract administration
