In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our construction projects are completed within budget constraints without compromising on quality or design excellence. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to develop accurate cost estimates, prepare tender documents, and manage financial aspects of projects from inception to completion.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects
- Conduct value engineering studies to optimize costs without compromising quality
- Assist in the design process by providing technical input and cost-effective solutions
- Manage contract administration, including preparation of tender documents and contract reviews
- Monitor project progress and financial performance against budgeted costs
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial forecasts for project stakeholders
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and cost efficiency
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress and resolve technical issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying and design engineering
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and construction project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction standards
- Certification in quantity surveying or project management is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
