- Prepare accurate cost estimates and bills of quantities for interior fit-out projects
- Analyze construction drawings and specifications to determine material and labor requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential cost variations
- Manage subcontractor agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor bids to select the most cost-effective option
- Implement value engineering strategies to optimize project costs without compromising quality
- Prepare monthly cost reports and forecasts to track project financial performance
- Advise project teams on cost implications of design changes and material selections
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in interior fit-out projects
- Proficiency in cost estimation software such as WinQS, CostX, or similar
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement procedures
- Certification from a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS, BQPI) is advantageous
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
