StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor (M&E / Fit-Out / Main Building) to join our growing team. As a leading player in the construction and fit-out industry, we are looking for a Project cum Tender QS to manage financial aspects of diverse building projects across Singapore.
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of cost management, from initial tender preparation to final account settlement. You will ensure that projects are delivered within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation for M&E and Fit-out projects.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure project profitability.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage the tendering process effectively.
- Monitor site progress, conduct measurements, and manage variations and claims.
- Prepare and process payment applications for clients and subcontractors.
- Manage subcontractor accounts and resolve commercial issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in Quantity Surveying, specifically within M&E or Fit-out sectors.
- Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract and Singapore construction regulations.
- Proficient in using MS Office, Excel, and relevant QS software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
