Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for M&E projects
- Analyze and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection and contract negotiations
- Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports
- Administer contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions
- Conduct value engineering studies to optimize project costs
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve any issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Purchaser in M&E
- Proficient in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Certification in quantity surveying or project management is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
