StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in our A&A Interior Fit-out projects, managing project costs while supporting technical drawing requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for A&A interior fit-out projects.
- Utilize AutoCAD to generate, revise, and manage technical drawings and as-built drawings.
- Monitor project expenditure and ensure that costs remain within the approved budget.
- Conduct site measurements and inspections to verify work progress and material quantities.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
- Prepare variation claims, monthly reports, and handle subcontractor invoicing.
- Ensure all documentation complies with relevant local regulations and company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the A&A interior fit-out or construction industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or other relevant drafting software.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and local building codes.
- Excellent numerical skills with a high level of accuracy in data analysis.
- Valid Construction Industry Security Pass (CISP) is highly desirable.
