Macbuild Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing tender quantity surveying and managing project Quantity Surveying (QS) functions. We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, financially astute, and capable of ensuring that construction projects are delivered within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Your primary focus will involve preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), monitoring project costs, and identifying potential savings. You will collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure accurate cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end quantity surveying process for construction tenders and projects.
- Prepare, review, and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
- Monitor project expenditure and ensure all costs are aligned with the budget.
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly progress claims and valuations to clients.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve contractual and financial issues.
- Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, pricing, and procurement.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QS software (e.g., PlanRadar, Bluebeam).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
