Pagoda Steel Works is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic construction team in Sungai Buloh. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for steel structure projects
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities for tender documentation
- Analyze and negotiate contracts, including variations, claims, and final accounts
- Monitor project costs against budgets, providing regular financial updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve cost-related issues
- Implement value engineering principles to optimize project costs without compromising quality
- Maintain comprehensive records of project expenditures and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably with steel structures
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and MS Office suite
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC, JCT) and procurement processes
- Certification from RICS or equivalent professional body is advantageous
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
