As an R&D/Product DVL Engineer II within TE Connectivity’s Digital Data & Networks (DDN) Business Unit, you will be a vital member of our global sustaining engineering team. We are committed to delivering next-generation communication solutions, and your expertise will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing our Digital Voice Log (DVL) product portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology while solving complex engineering problems in a collaborative environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product lifecycle improvements, ensuring our solutions meet rigorous industry standards and customer expectations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the R&D efforts for DVL products, focusing on sustaining engineering and technical innovation to enhance product performance.
- Design, develop, and test hardware and software components for high-reliability communication systems and voice logging devices.
- Analyze product performance data and implement corrective actions to improve quality, yield, and overall system reliability.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and manufacturing teams to define product requirements, specifications, and test plans.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues during development and production, providing engineering support throughout the product lifecycle.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, including schematics, test procedures, design reviews, and regulatory compliance records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in R&D, Product Engineering, or Sustaining Engineering within the telecommunications or data networking industry.
- Strong understanding of signal processing, embedded systems, and data communication protocols.
- Proficiency in using engineering tools such as Altium Designer, MATLAB, or equivalent simulation software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional global team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
