Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and optimize paint, adhesive, masterbatch, and pigment formulations through systematic experimentation
- Conduct material compatibility tests and performance validation under various environmental conditions
- Collaborate with production teams to scale laboratory successes to industrial manufacturing
- Document research findings, prepare technical reports, and maintain accurate experimental records
- Stay current with emerging chemical technologies and regulatory requirements
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance product performance and cost-efficiency
- Implement quality control protocols and safety standards in all research activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science
- Minimum 2 years of experience in R&D for paints, adhesives, or polymer-based products
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques including spectrophotometry, rheology testing, and formulation analysis
- Strong understanding of pigment dispersion, polymer chemistry, and coating technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot production issues
- Experience with statistical process control and experimental design methodologies
- Fluent in both technical documentation and cross-departmental communication
