Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates for offshore and onshore roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using various channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional process.
- Assist in the onboarding process by collaborating with HR teams to ensure new hires are integrated successfully into the company culture.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using job boards, social media, networking channels, and direct outreach.
- Provide regular feedback to hiring managers regarding candidate performance, market trends, and hiring insights.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress, update recruitment metrics, and manage recruitment pipelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the offshore/onshore or global hiring context.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates at all levels effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment software.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and acquiring top talent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing recruitment needs and strategies.
