Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for legal positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions
- Source qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in legal recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of the legal industry and various legal positions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
