Your primary focus will be developing innovative talent sourcing strategies, managing the full candidate lifecycle, and delivering exceptional service that exceeds client expectations. You will build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, conduct market research, and ensure a seamless hiring experience for both clients and candidates.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their business needs and hiring objectives.
- Execute proactive talent sourcing strategies using various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match the best talent to specific roles.
- Negotiate offers and manage contracts effectively to secure successful placements.
- Conduct market analysis to stay updated on salary benchmarks and industry trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to business development.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms for sourcing.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
