Tanggung Jawab
- Lead independent and collaborative research projects in power systems, renewable energy integration, or high-voltage engineering
- Design and execute experimental setups, conduct data analysis, and validate research outcomes
- Publish findings in high-impact journals and present at international conferences
- Secure external research funding through grant proposals and industry partnerships
- Mentor postgraduate students and supervise laboratory activities
- Collaborate with industry partners to translate research into practical applications
- Contribute to grant writing and research proposal development
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field
- Strong publication record in IEEE/Elsevier journals
- Expertise in power system analysis, simulation tools (PSCAD, DIgSILENT), or high-voltage testing
- Experience with renewable energy integration or smart grid technologies
- Proven ability to secure competitive research grants
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and Python for data analysis
